Write an Arabic invitation and save it as a Word file or image
We will write the reminder "موعد نادي القراءة يوم الخميس الساعة السادسة.", then save an editable Word copy and an image suitable for sharing. You can execute the example with a i2Arabic keyboard even if Arabic characters are not printed on your device's keys.

The example is original Arabic text entered into the i2Arabic keyboard. Images are from the actual PNG download before and after formatting; their display size varies to facilitate comparison. The Word file keeps the words editable.
1. Start with the simple keyboard
Open the Arabic keyboard and select "Simple Keyboard". This method allows entering each character from the screen keys or from the corresponding position on your device's keyboard.
To try it, press the screen keys م، و، ع، د in order. The word «موعد» appears in the editor. If your physical keyboard is on the English layout, the key sequence l,u] gives the same word in that mode; the last symbol refers to the right square bracket.
Choosing this method in the example is intentional because a specific sentence is required. You can later try the quick panel or word suggestions in the smart panel if that method is easier for you.
2. Complete the reminder and review its phrasing
Complete the text to become: «موعد نادي القراءة يوم الخميس الساعة السادسة.» You can click the Arabic letters on the screen or paste the sentence into the editor to try formatting and saving.
Ensure there is one space between words and a period at the end of the sentence. Review «القراءة», «الساعة», and «السادسة» before sharing the appointment; the keyboard does not validate the day or time for you.
If you make a mistake on a letter, place the cursor next to it and edit it. Use «Undo» if you accidentally delete a word, and do not press «Clear text» unless you want to empty the entire editor.
3. Make the reminder clear when sharing
Open "Text Format", and choose Noto Kufi Arabic and 36 pixel size. Enable bold, set the color to #b83f34, leave text direction from right to left, then press "Done".
These are the settings used in the resulting image displayed here. They apply to the whole sentence; if you change one word, you will not get a different font for it alone.
Check the final size reminder. Choose a smaller size or split the text into lines if you add a meeting location or longer details. Changing the appearance does not change the words you wrote.
4. Choose Word for editing or PNG for the final version
Press "Save as Word (.docx)" to download i2arabic.docx. Use this copy if you want to edit the appointment later or add paragraphs in a program that supports Word documents.
Press "Save image" to download i2arabic.png. This copy preserves the text shape as an image and is suitable for sharing when you do not need to edit the characters inside the file.
If you want to send the phrase in a text message, press «Copy text» and paste it into the desired application. Copying transfers the words, while their display formatting depends on the application you receive them in.
5. Open the result and keep your copy
After downloading, open the image and verify that the full sentence appears and that the words are ordered from right to left. Open the Word file if you are going to use it for editing, and ensure your software displays the font as you want.
In the saved example for this article, the Word file and PNG image were downloaded from the tool itself, and the copied text matched the reminder. The draft also returned after reloading the page in the browser used for the experiment.
Name files with a name that is easy to remember like "موعد نادي القراءة" on your device. Restoring a draft is convenient, but clearing browser data may remove it, and it does not automatically transfer to another device.

Do I need to install an Arabic keyboard on the system?
You can type the example by clicking on the Arabic characters shown on the site. This path does not require changing your device's keyboard language.
Can words be edited after downloading the image?
Words are part of a PNG image. Keep the text or Word file if you want to edit the appointment later and then create a new image.
Why might the font differ within Word?
The document saves the font name and formatting settings, and the program may use an alternative font if it does not find Noto Kufi Arabic on the device. Review the document in the program you will use.
Is the example a translation from English?
No. We wrote an original Arabic reminder, and used key positions or Arabic text directly. Smart keyboard suggestions help enter words and are not a translation of an English sentence.
